Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition
  • Be undamaged and clean
  • Be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and labels

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used or altered
  • Items returned in damaged or incomplete condition due to misuse
  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items (if marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase)

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:

  • The item received was defective
  • The item received was damaged during transit
  • The incorrect item was sent

In these cases, Bewul will cover the return shipping costs.

Restocking fee

We do not charge any Restocking fee

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@bewul.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions and the return address.
  4. Pack the item securely and send it back following the instructions provided.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are usually completed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or model, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
