Shipping Area
We currently deliver only within Australia.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Delivery Times
All delivery timeframes are estimates and are shown in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (AEST) are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.
Order Handling Time (Processing)
1–3 business days
This is the time required to process, prepare, and dispatch your order.
Transit Time (Shipping)
6–12 business days
This is the time from dispatch until delivery.
Estimated Total Delivery Time
7–15 business days
This is the total estimated time from order placement to delivery.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia.
There are no additional shipping fees unless clearly stated on the product page or at checkout.

We use Australia Post as our primary delivery service provider.
In some cases, depending on your location or the product ordered, we may use an equivalent local carrier to ensure timely delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can track your order at any time via:

- Directly through the Australia Post tracking system using your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.
Delayed Shipments

- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- High seasonal volume
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Undeliverable Shipments
An order may be considered undeliverable if:

- Delivery attempts failed and the package was returned to sender
- The package was refused at delivery
In such cases:
- We will contact you to confirm or update your address.
- Additional shipping fees may apply to re-send the order.
- If you choose not to re-ship the order, a refund may be issued minus any return shipping costs charged by the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
